Shipping Rates and Policies
All orders that are placed M-Th by 5pm EST are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders that are placed on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday. All orders are shipped using Priority mail though the USPS who uses recycled materials and environmentally responsible approaches to produce their shipping materials, right down to the glue!
For fastest delivery time, International orders are shipped this way as well, unless you contact us to make other arrangements for large orders, etc. Although we use only reputable high level companies to create our CD programs ( they create Cds for NASA to launch shuttles!) occasionally there may be an error. Any item that is defective will be replaced. Please contact the office directly and our staff we be happy to help you in the easiest way possible. |
